COVID Policy

Leather Reign COVID Policy

As a community we want to be able to protect each other so in the interest of providing a safer environment for Leather Reign attendees, you will be asked to confirm your agreement to the following policies regarding COVID.  (Note: These policies are subject to change based on current situation at the time of the even):

  1. Applicable Guidelines – I understand that Leather Reign attendance will be subject to the current guidelines of both the CDC and local jurisdictions, which include Washington State, King County, and the City of Bellevue.
  2. Vaccine Recommended Event – I understand that Leather Reign recommends updated COVID and Flu vaccinations prior to attending the event and NOT required to attend.  I can optionally show my vaccination card at registration and receive a sticker for my badge to share my status with other attendees.
  3. Masks may be required – I understand that if the current recommendation of either the CDC or Local Health Department is that masks should be worn indoors, masks may be required in certain settings.  I understand if I do not have a suitable mask, one will be provided.
  4. Temperature Check – I understand that entrance to the event space may require a temperature check and if my temperature is 99.5 or higher, I will not be admitted to the event.
  5. COVID Testing – I understand that it is recommended that I take a COVID test 24 hours prior to arrival at the event.
  6. COVID Related Refunds – I understand that if my test within 5 days prior to or on November 10th is positive, I will be eligible for a FULL refund when I provide proof of my positive test.
  7. Personal Responsibility – I understand the Leather Reign and Evergreen Leather Events cannot ensure that I do not catch COVID, or other infections, during the event and will not hold either entity liable if I do.
