Sponsorship is your opportunity to connect with the attendees, present your company as the supporter of the BDSM community, present your services and offers. We offer only limited number of sponsorship packages.

Advertising
Advertising is your opportunity to spread the word about your products and services to the attendees, present special offers, get on everyone’s mind and create new customers after the conference. The timing at the start of Christmas season could not be better!
Double page ad (each 4 .5 x 7 makes 9 x 7, black and white) in the program for $100
- Full page ad (4 x 7, black and white) in the program for $60
- Full page ad (4 x 7, color) back cover for $160 (only one available)
- Full page ad (4 x 7, color) inside front cover for $135 (only one available)
- Full page ad (4 x 7, color) inside back cover for $135 (only one available)
- Half page ad (4 x 3.5, black and white) in the program for $40
- Quarter page ad (4 x 2, black and white) in the program for $25
All ads must be created by the advertiser and submitted with a quality of 300dpi. Accepted formats for the graphic are jpeg, jpg, tiff and png.
Website Advertising
Web banner for $25 includes:
- description of your company and services at Leather Reign web page (up to 100 words)
- inclusion of your web banner on the Leather Reign site
Web banner exchange is free for other BDSM conferences and organizations based on individual approval. Present our banner at your web page and we will include your banner in our banner rotation. All banners have to be created by the advertiser and submitted in dimension of 960 x 125 pixels.
Bag Inserts
- Full Page Insert (up to 8.5 x 11) in the Leather Reign registration packet for $25
- Half Page Insert (up to 5.5 x 8.5) in the Leather Reign registration packet for $15
- Business Card Insert in the Leather Reign Registration Packet for $10
Please prepare for 250 packets.
Material for inserts must be provided by you by October 15, 2019.
Conference Exchange
For other BDSM Conferences, we will exchange one basic admission to our conference to be used in an auction, in exchange for the same to be used in our silent auction. This is a $150 value.
Material Sponsorship
We are looking for vendors that would like to sponsor:
- bags or backpacks
- notepads
- pens
- demo material for announced talks
We can either create them for you or you can sponsor us with already preprinted marketing material.
